CrossRoads Associates, a Lean Six Sigma Consulting Group, is a team of process and organizational excellence professionals who have held leadership positions in operations and human resource development. Each of us has over 20 years of experience improving business processes within a variety of operating environments. These have included health care, financial and insurance services, manufacturing, and distribution. Each member of our team has first hand experience in developing high performance work and leadership teams, coaching organizations in "Lean Enterprise and Manufacturing" systems, "Kaizen" events and Six Sigma projects.

Paul Savino, a Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Enterprise and Kaizen coach, is also an Instructor for both Central Connecticut State University, Institute of Technology & Business Development and Asnuntuck Community College in Lean Systems. In addition, Paul was one of the original program designers and examiners of the Pioneer Valley Business Excellence Award which was launched in 1999. This award is based upon the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

A structured but customized approach is used for every company we have assisted. To date, our companies have shown an average improvement of 60% per event in JUST 4-Days! In addition our audit and tracking tools help the teams sustain the gains.
