Who We Are
CrossRoads Associates, a Lean Six Sigma Consulting Group,  is a team of process and organizational excellence professionals who have held leadership positions in operations and human resource development. Each of us has over 20 years of experience improving business processes within a variety of operating environments. These have included health care, financial and insurance services, manufacturing, and distribution. Each member of our team has first hand experience in developing high performance work and leadership teams, coaching organizations in "Lean Enterprise and Manufacturing" systems, "Kaizen" events and Six Sigma projects.
